- Cotton floss subscriptions are running on-time, SO FAR.
- Sulky, Threadworx and WDW - zero issues with ordering restock
- The Gentle Art and Classic Colorworks - fairly stable, with occasional fulfillment issues that vary by color. You'll receive a little "IOU" note if a color is missing from your shipment but, have no fear, it'll be shipped once we receive more.
- Valdani - zero issues with ordering restock. However, they're based in Canada, so it takes a few weeks to get thru customs if/when more needs to be ordered.
- Any timetable estimates provided are likely to change. Whether they shift for the better or worse remains to be seen, as the global supply chain is still struggling due to various situations beyond our control. As much as we'd like everything to regain a semblance of normalcy, it's still a long way off. Please try to keep this in mind when placing a subscription. Thanks!
