Discounts are for applicable on-hand/in-stock items ONLY (that'll populate when the timer trips). The Clearance items, in addition to Fabric & Fibers Clearance, are in their own categories by default - you'll have to browse those independently, as those items WILL NOT be displayed in the Specials listing.
The STASH code is only to receive an extra discount for Clearance items, otherwise no coupon code is necessary!
FYI, putting an item in your cart won't magically "reserve" anything - you have to actually complete the transaction of buying it.
Please be aware that each product displays "units in stock", and disabling the discount on an item is a manual process.
If someone happens to beat you to buying the last of [whatever] before we can remove its discount, we'll simply issue you a refund for it.
If you want to toss an out-of-stock or non-sale item into your cart, that's totally fine, but please expect to pay full price for it, and wait for it to arrive from whoever it needs to be ordered from.

NEW PURCHASING POLICY INSTITUTED FOR SHOPS
FABRICS BY STEPHANIE ONLY
Stephanie has established a new ordering policy for shops.
Shops can only have one(1) order outstanding with her at a time,
with a limit of ten(10) cuts per order.

STNA is NOT discontinuing FBS products,
merely adapting to her new requirements by shifting to an ordering schedule,
and adjusting stock visibility.

Ordering windows will be made available at periodic intervals, instead of ad-hoc. Sorry.
During the periodic ordering windows, all FBS products will be activated and visible so folks can order whatever they'd like.
Timetables and duration will be communicated via STNA's recurring newsletter, in addition to a website banner when a window is open, not unlike during general sale events.
No banner/announcement = no open window.
Please don’t ask “when is the next window”. We won’t know until our current FBS order is closed/shipped.
Historically, FBS turnaround time for shops has been roughly 2-3 months. Please try to plan your projects accordingly.
If/when she starts trending to a shorter turnaround, we'll investigate adjusting the window frequencies accordingly. No promises, and only time will tell.

ORDERING BEYOND THE WINDOWS

When an ordering window is not currently open, any out-of-stock FBS colors/counts will be disabled from view.
What you'll see in the FBS product listing will be active on-hand inventory, ready to ship.
If you'd like to order a fat 8th of FBS, for example, but only see a fat quarter actively listed, please feel free to send a message, and include the STNA link to the product you'd like a smaller cut of (since a quarter can be cut down into 8ths).
You'll be contacted when the catalog listing for the smaller cut has been activated so you can purchase it.
Standard cut requests only, for 8th/quarter/half/full yardage.
STNA still does not offer custom/non-standard cuts of any fabrics, unless it's for contiguous/uncut pieces of 1+ yards.
