Due to a combination of extremely high order volumes, supply chain issues, and staffing shortages, please be aware that our distributors are experiencing delays.
We will be happy to take your order, and will process it as quickly as possible. However, circumstances beyond our control may delay shipping beyond the timetables outlined in our standard shipping policy, as distributors/vendors are currently adjusting to shifting situations. Those disruptions gradually cascade down to retailers sooner or later...
Your cooperation and patience is greatly appreciated!

Kreinik Fine #8 Braid is a high quality metallic thread used in cross stitch, needlepoint, crochet, knitting, weaving, scrapbooking, cardmaking, fly fishing and more. Fine #8 Braid is available in the colors listed below on 10m (11yd) spools. Color numbers with an "F" are glow-in-the-dark colors and will glow when exposed to light; they also look great under black lights. Color numbers with "HL" are Hi Lustre, those with "V" have a vintage-matte finish, those with a "C" are braided cords (stiffer, resemble real metals), and those with "L" are holographic.

Fiber Content: 100% polyester (holographic colors), 65% polyester/35% rayon (regular colors), 62% polyester/38% nylon (hi lustre colors), 64% polyester/36% nylon (vintage colors), 80% polyester/20% nylon (glow in the dark colors)

Stitching Tips: In cross stitch, it is about the weight of two strands of cotton embroidery floss. Use it straight from the reel, do not try to separate. No need to combine strands; if you need a thicker thread, just go up to the next Kreinik Braid size (which would be #12 Braid).
